Nutrition info for one smoothie (with 1 cup soy milk and excluding fruit):
|Nutrient||Amount (% Daily Value)|
Fat: 17.5g (these are good fats!)
- 1/2 to 1 cup soy (or other non-dairy) milk (I used vanilla soy milk)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1 container Whole Soy yogurt (I used Mixed Berry)
- Handful fresh blueberries
- Large handful frozen raspberries
- 1/4 package silken tofu
First add about 1/2 cup soy milk then chia seeds and flax seeds and mix with a spoon. Then add yogurt, fruit, and tofu. Blend ingredients with an immersion blender (or a regular blender), adding milk as necessary to adjust to your desired thickness.
